Refund & Return Policy

At BY7800, we value quality, precision, and your satisfaction.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging (including tags and labels).

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
Please note:

Customized or personalized items (e.g., BY7800-branded or printed products) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Items worn, washed, or altered

Items without their original labels/tags
-
Sale or clearance items (marked “Final Sale”)

Underwear or hygiene-related products
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@by7800.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and send you return instructions.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was faulty or incorrectly sent.

We recommend using a trackable courier service.

If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, BY7800 will cover return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If rejected:

The item will be returned to you at your expense.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change the size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us at contact@by7800.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Include clear photos of the issue and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

9. International Returns
For international customers:

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.

Any return shipping from outside the UAE must be prepaid.

We do not accept “cash-on-delivery” return shipments.
10. Policy Exceptions
BY7800 reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
We may also refuse refund requests that show signs of abuse or fraudulent behavior.
