  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Custom or made-to-order BY7800 pieces (such as branded prints) may require additional processing time (typically 7–10 days).

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time.

BY7800 is not responsible for these charges — they are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Delivery Issues

If your package:

  • Arrives damaged → contact contact@by7800.com within 48 hours with photos.

  • Is lost in transit → we will coordinate with the courier to initiate an investigation.

  • Cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address → the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

We always aim to ensure a positive resolution for every case.


8. Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses or partners to ensure faster delivery.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


9. Delays & Force Majeure

BY7800 is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
